Diagnostics now runs from mainland China nodes
DNS, HTTP, TCP, and page-fetch checks executed on real launchready.cn infrastructure.
Synthetic checks run from outside the mainland tell you very little about the China experience. The only reliable measurement comes from inside the network your users are on. Our diagnostics now execute from mainland China nodes on launchready.cn infrastructure.
What we check
- DNS resolution — whether your domains resolve, and how fast, from inside China.
- TCP reachability — whether connections to your origins and CDNs actually open.
- HTTP response — status, latency, and redirects as a mainland client sees them.
- Page fetch — the full document, surfacing blocked third-party dependencies.
Why node location is the whole game
A dependency that is instant from Frankfurt can be unreachable from Shanghai. Running the same checks from a mainland node turns “it works for me” into evidence you can act on — a concrete list of what resolves, what stalls, and what is blocked.
How to read the output
The result is a per-check verdict plus the failing dependency set. That set feeds directly into a route recommendation: you fix what the nodes prove is broken, and nothing more.
