FAQ
Straight answers about scope and boundaries.
Getting started
-
Where should we start?
With the China Readiness Assessment. It is free or low-friction for suitable products and produces a route recommendation before you commit to anything.
-
How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours of any contact, intake submission, or call request — proactively, so you never chase us.
-
Do we need to choose a service first?
No. The assessment routes you. Acceleration, hosting, and distribution are escalations, not menu items.
Scope and boundaries
-
Is our business category out of scope?
Business category alone never disqualifies you. Payment, UGC, media, games, finance, healthcare, and regulated education need deeper review with explicit responsibility boundaries — but they are reviewed, not rejected by default.
-
What do you decline?
Illegal products, and products assessed as a poor fit for the China market — always after evaluation, always with a clear reason.
-
Do you bypass regulatory or network restrictions?
Never. We build compliant launch paths. Anything that requires bypassing filing, licensing, store, or platform requirements is out of scope.
Delivery and operations
-
Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers with 20+ years of China internet experience deliver directly. No outsourcing.
-
How do we track progress?
Through the client workbench: compliance status, availability, blockers, work progress, and cloud billing in one shared view, on web and mobile.
-
Can you guarantee accessibility or store approval?
No one honestly can. We give you evidence, strong architecture, and rejection-response support — and we are explicit about what depends on regulators and platforms.
